On 14 January, as part of the 'Marketing Planning Project' course (instructor: Professor Kenichiro Kuroiwa), we hosted representatives from DHC Corporation for the final presentation session on solutions to the company's management challenges.
This year's MPP involved identifying the company's management challenges and proposing solutions, with the cooperation of DHC Corporation.
The project began in June last year, with full-scale work starting in September. At the interim presentation in October, the management challenges identified were presented, and those to be addressed were determined. Two teams focused on branding-related challenges, while the other team addressed organizational transformation challenges.
Subsequently, the teams explored solutions for the defined management challenges, approaching them from theoretical and practical perspectives.
Four representatives from DHC Co., Ltd. attended the final presentation session to hear the three teams' proposals. Following the presentations, we received several comments that helped to deepen our understanding.
