Visit from the Graduate School of Management at Ritsumeikan University

On May 15, 2026, ABS (Aoyama Business School) welcomed Professor Shin Tanaka and Mr. Shinji Ishikawa from the Graduate School of Management at Ritsumeikan University for a meeting with Dean Takamichi Hosoda. Assistant Professor David Nichols and Research Assistant Kim Kayoung also attended the meeting.

During the discussion, the participants introduced the distinctive features and initiatives of their respective business schools and exchanged information and perspectives regarding international accreditation aimed at assuring educational quality. In particular, the conversation included meaningful discussions on continuous improvement through international accreditations such as AACSB and EFMD, as well as on the future direction of business school education.

The discussion also developed into conversations about further strengthening the relationship between the two schools and promoting ongoing exchange and collaboration. We look forward to deeper cooperation and future collaborative opportunities between our institutions.
